We are partnering with a 90-year-old leader in the industrial manufacturing industry to identify a Quality Engineer in the Richmond, VA area. This is a newly created position driven by company growth and offers high visibility, meaningful impact, and strong long-term advancement potential.
We're looking for a hands-on problem solver who enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement, preventing defects, and driving quality excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience with PFMEA, root cause analysis, SPC and other quality tools as well as a Bachelor’s Degree. You'll work collaboratively with Production and Engineering teams, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical to this role.
