Investment Analyst – Derivatives / Risk

We are working with a growing investment platform to hire a junior investment analyst into a small, technically focused team.
The role is hands-on, focused on derivatives P&L, trade support, and Excel-based analysis across options, rates, and FX. The individual will support daily workflows, validate calculations, and contribute to the development of tools and processes used to monitor exposures and performance.
The successful candidate will have strong Excel skills (VBA preferred), a solid grounding in derivatives (options, futures, swaps), and experience working with P&L, valuation, or financial models in a quantitative environment.
Backgrounds of interest include sell-side, asset management, or analytical roles such as product control, valuation, or risk.
Candidates must be based in New York, comfortable working in-office four days per week, and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (either now or in the future).
This role is well suited to individuals looking to build hands-on experience in derivatives and develop a broader understanding of portfolio and risk management within a buy-side environment.
