Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Industrial Electrician for their Laramie WY manufacturing plant. This is a new facility, currently under construction
Candidate MUST HAVE 3–5 Experience years in heavy industrial electrical environments.
About Laramie WY: Laramie (130 miles N. of Denver CO) is located at the base of the Snowy Range and Laramie Mountains, offering desirable perks for candidates who value outdoor lifestyle and space over larger metro living. (Larger markets in Cheyenne or Fort Collins are approximately a one-hour drive.)

Compensation: $40.00/hr
What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems across plant operations
- Maintain motors, generators, breakers, starters, and power distribution systems
- Diagnose issues using meters, meggers, and diagnostic tools
- Support PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley environment)
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
- Install and support new electrical systems tied to plant expansion
- Work cross-functionally with mechanical teams on repairs
- Lockout/tagout and isolate systems for safe maintenance execution
- Conduct safety inspections in accordance with MSHA regulations
Education and Work Experience:
- At least 4 years U.S. Military experience (Electrical background)
- 3–5 years in heavy industrial electrical environments (mining, manufacturing, cement, steel, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting across:
- 3-phase power systems
- Motors, drives, starters
- Power distribution
- Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and prints
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Welding/cutting torch experience is a plus
