A fast‑growing, PE‑backed organization is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, FP&A, pricing, demand planning, and supply chain execution, helping drive profitable growth and operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will serve as a trusted business partner, providing insights that shape pricing, customer profitability, forecasting, inventory planning, and strategic decision‑making. This person will influence cross‑functional leaders, challenge assumptions, and translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Finance — Lead pricing analysis, customer profitability, margin optimization, and financial support for strategic deals. Build business cases for growth initiatives.
• Planning & Forecasting — Support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, long‑range planning, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting. Identify risks and opportunities.
• Supply Chain & S&OP — Partner with Supply Chain and Operations on demand planning, inventory optimization, working capital, and operational efficiency. Provide financial models and data‑driven insights.
• Strategic Partnering — Advise functional leaders, align financial insights with business strategy, and lead ad‑hoc analyses and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive finance experience, including business partnering.
• Background supporting sales, commercial, supply chain, or operations teams.
• Experience in product‑based environments (manufacturing, CPG, industrial, etc.).
• Strong FP&A skills: forecasting, budgeting, performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
