About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Efficiency Manager to lead our daily operational execution and champion Lean transformation initiatives across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement Lean initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on Lean tools and methodologies.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive accountability.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
- Proven success leading or participating in Lean transformation efforts.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, A3, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience analyzing operational data and using metrics to drive performance and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
