Description
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an experienced Endpoint Administrator to support and enhance a modern, Windows-focused enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, troubleshooting complex endpoint issues, and working closely with infrastructure and security teams. Responsibilities:
Administer Microsoft MECM (formerly SCCM) for server patching and update management
Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Validate, test, and deploy OS updates, patches, and applications
Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, and patching failures; perform root cause analysis
Support endpoint security controls (BitLocker, LAPS, GPOs, compliance policies)
Collaborate with systems, networking, and security teams on endpoint initiatives
Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements

Requirements
3+ years of experience in endpoint or device management
Intermediate or higher experience with MECM/SCCM (required)
Working knowledge of Intune and Autopilot
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Experience supporting Windows 11 in an enterprise environment
PowerShell or scripting experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Citrix or virtual desktop environments
Experience supporting primarily Windows environments with limited exceptions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
