Endpoint Administrator Apply Today Location: San Antonio, TX Job Type: Contract Compensation: $51 - 59 Hourly JobID: 2172618-WQG Description Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking an experienced Endpoint Administrator to support and enhance a modern, Windows-focused enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, troubleshooting complex endpoint issues, and working closely with infrastructure and security teams. Responsibilities: Administer Microsoft MECM (formerly SCCM) for server patching and update management Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot Validate, test, and deploy OS updates, patches, and applications Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, and patching failures; perform root cause analysis Support endpoint security controls (BitLocker, LAPS, GPOs, compliance policies) Collaborate with systems, networking, and security teams on endpoint initiatives Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements Why This Role: Senior technical ownership within endpoint operations Clear contract-to-hire intent with long-term growth potential Competitive compensation based on experience Strong benefits package upon conversion Hybrid flexibility after an initial onsite period Requirements 3+ years of experience in endpoint or device management Intermediate or higher experience with MECM/SCCM (required) Working knowledge of Intune and Autopilot Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience supporting Windows 11 in an enterprise environment PowerShell or scripting experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Nice to Have: Exposure to Citrix or virtual desktop environments Experience supporting primarily Windows environments with limited exceptions The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
