The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a CRM Manager to lead its customer lifecycle marketing strategy and own the company's HubSpot platform. While the internal title is CRM Manager, this role is much more than platform administration—it is responsible for building and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs that enhance the customer experience, drive engagement, improve retention, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this individual will develop automated customer journeys, sophisticated segmentation strategies, email and SMS campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives supporting more than 300 locations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities • Own CRM strategy and execution across email and SMS marketing. • Develop welcome series, nurture campaigns, retention initiatives, re-engagement programs, and automated customer journeys. • Serve as the internal HubSpot expert and conduct a comprehensive platform audit. • Build workflows, automation, segmentation, forms, lead routing, and reporting. • Create localized campaigns supporting more than 300 locations nationwide. • Measure lead generation, engagement, retention, customer lifetime value, and conversion metrics. • Leverage HubSpot and Power BI reporting to optimize campaign performance. • Partner with Creative, Guest Experience, Product Operations, Sales, Partnerships, and Field Marketing.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 3–5 years of CRM and lifecycle marketing experience. • Expert-level HubSpot experience. • Experience with email, SMS, customer journey mapping, segmentation, and automation. • Strong analytical skills; Power BI experience preferred. • Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills. • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
