The client is looking for a CFO, our client is a financial services firm that specializes in loan servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement strategies across Capital Markets, Treasury, and FP&A to support overall business objectives. Engage with senior management to drive business decisions and manage financial performance.
- Capital Markets and Treasury Management: Enhance and oversee the company's capital structure, manage banking relationships, and develop sophisticated financing solutions including securitizations and other structured financial instruments.
- FP&A Oversight: Elevate the FP&A function to improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Ensure these functions support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Manage financial risks associated with capital and treasury operations.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a team capable of supporting the CFO's broadened responsibilities. Ensure succession planning and professional development within the finance department.
Professional Qualifications:
- Experienced Financial Leader: Minimum of 15 years in financial management with significant executive-level experience, preferably in mortgage servicing or a related financial services field.
- Expertise in Capital Markets and Treasury: Proven track record in managing complex capital structures and treasury functions, with a strong understanding of ABS and securitization.
- Strong FP&A Background: Experience in leading FP&A teams, with a demonstrated ability to link financial results to business strategy and operations.
- Regulatory and Compliance Acumen: Knowledge of applicable regulations and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes effectively.
- Private Equity Experience: Prior interaction with or management under private equity oversight is highly beneficial.
