AI Solutions Consultant - Advisor Experience & AI Enablement

(Contract - 6-12 months, with potential for hire)

Overview

Our client is building a next-generation AI enablement function focused on transforming the advisor and client experience through advanced AI capabilities. This team sits at the intersection of business innovation, field enablement, and applied AI, partnering closely with advisors to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive adoption.

We are seeking an AI Solutions Consultant who combines deep technical expertise in AI (particularly agent-based solutions) with strong business acumen and executive presence. This individual will play a critical role in translating real-world advisor challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities



AI Solution Design & Development

• Design, build, and deploy advanced AI agents to address real-world advisor use cases
• Translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions, leveraging enterprise tools
• Develop complex, multi-step agent workflows to automate and enhance advisor processes
• Contribute to evolving AI architecture, including opportunities tied to data modernization initiatives (e.g., Snowflake)
• (Nice-to-have) Build or refine models and support broader AI experimentation efforts
  
  

Advisor & Field Engagement

• Partner directly with advisors, complex directors, and field leadership to:
  • Identify pain points and inefficiencies
  • Recommend AI-driven improvements
  • Rapidly prototype solutions
• Participate in field-facing sessions, working groups, and presentations to demonstrate AI capabilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, bridging technical solutions with day-to-day workflows
  
  

Use Case Development & Iteration

• Sit alongside business leaders to listen, observe, and identify AI opportunities in real time
• Quickly translate ideas into working prototypes and testable agents
• Iterate based on feedback and scale successful solutions across the advisor population
• Partner with internal AI/data teams managing the incubation and governance lifecycle
  
  

AI Enablement, Adoption & Change

• Support the design and execution of AI adoption strategies across varying user maturity levels
• Help develop creative engagement tactics such as:
  • AI bootcamps
  • User challenges and adoption campaigns
  • Structured learning journeys
• Drive awareness, excitement, and usage of AI tools across the organization
  
  

Qualifications



Required

• Deep expertise in AI/ML with a strong focus on agent-based solutions
  • Experience designing and building complex AI agents or autonomous workflows
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into AI-driven solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable presenting to and engaging with advisors, directors, and senior leaders
• Proven ability to operate as a hybrid business/technical consultant
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in financial services / wealth management
  • Understanding of advisor workflows and client engagement models
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms
• Exposure to modern data environments (e.g., Snowflake)
• Experience supporting change management, adoption, or enablement initiatives
• Background in consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation roles

• Executive Presence: Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage field leaders and advisors

• Reports into the Director of Advisor Experience & AI Enablement
• Works closely with:
  • Field-facing enablement leaders
  • AI/data incubation and innovation teams
• Operates as a bridge between idea generation, technical execution, and field roll-out
  
  

What This Role Will Do (In Practice)

• Sit in on advisor conversations, identify inefficiencies, design AI agents to solve them
• Prototype solutions quickly and test with pilot users
• Partner on AI roll out strategies and adoption campaigns
• Continuously refine and scale solutions across the advisor ecosystem
