Korman Healthcare is an independent, family-owned long-term care pharmacy licensed in Arizona. We provide reliable medication services to assisted living facilities (ALFs), group homes, and healthcare facilities throughout Arizona.

We are seeking dependable, professional Long-Haul Medical Delivery Drivers to support our growing delivery operations. This position involves scheduled, longer-distance medication delivery routes departing from Chandler to Payson, Prescott, Tucson, and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

• Complete scheduled long-distance medication delivery routes departing from Chandler to Payson, Prescott, Tucson, and other assigned locations.
• Use your own reliable vehicle to transport medication totes, pharmaceutical supplies, and related deliveries.
• Deliver medications to assisted living facilities, group homes, and healthcare facilities accurately and within scheduled delivery windows.
• Obtain electronic proof of delivery at each stop using a smartphone or mobile delivery application.
• Maintain proper handling, security, and temperature requirements for medication deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, delivery issues, or other concerns.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with facility staff and pharmacy personnel.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, delivery procedures, and medication security protocols.
• Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and suitable for transporting medication deliveries.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Arizona driver's license.
• Clear driving record and safe driving history.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable personal vehicle suitable for long-distance delivery routes.
• Valid vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to drive extended distances and navigate highways throughout Arizona.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and electronic delivery applications.
• Ability to lift and carry medication totes and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-service-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous long-haul, courier, delivery, or route-driving experience.
• Experience with medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or time-sensitive deliveries.
• Familiarity with routes between Chandler, Payson, Prescott, and Tucson.
• Experience working as an independent contractor or delivery service provider.

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour

• Chandler to Payson
• Chandler to Prescott
• Chandler to Tucson

Routes and delivery schedules will be assigned based on operational needs. Drivers must be available to complete scheduled long-distance routes and meet assigned delivery deadlines.

Vehicle Requirement: Drivers must provide and operate their own reliable, insured vehicle suitable for medication deliveries.
