From iconic synthesizers and amplifiers to world class bass gear and boutique pedals, our brands shape the sound of modern music.We’re seeking a Manager, Social Media & Influencer Marketing to lead social and creator marketing for several flagship brands while supporting the broader portfolio through collaboration, best practices, and insight sharing.This role owns social media and influencer marketing strategy and execution for Korg, VOX, Aguilar, and Spector, with accountability for performance, content quality, creator partnerships, and community growth.For Blackstar, Audient, and Darkglass, the role serves as a strategic advisor, offering guidance on platform strategy, influencer best practices, and performance insights.The Manager leads one direct report and works cross functionally with Creative, Content, DTC/eCommerce, Product Marketing, and Artist Relations. For Korg and VOX, the role will occasionally collaborate with the global marketing team in Paris to align on major initiatives, while maintaining day to day ownership within the U.S. team.ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Social & Influencer StrategyDevelop and execute annual social and influencer strategies for Korg, VOX, Aguilar, and Spector, aligned with brand and marketing objectivesTranslate brand priorities into platform specific plans that balance storytelling, community engagement, and performanceDefine and track KPIs tied to engagement, reach, audience growth, and conversionProvide strategic guidance and best practice recommendations to partner brands (Blackstar, Audient, Darkglass)Team & Program Management:Manage, mentor, and develop one direct report, providing clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunitiesOversee day to day execution across social publishing, influencer coordination, affiliate activity, and reportingEstablish scalable workflows, content calendars, and operational best practices across owned brandsInfluencer & Creator Marketing:Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and affiliates across priority brandsSupport the development and evolution of ambassador and affiliate programs, with a focus on authenticity and measurable impactPartner with Artist Relations, advising on social media best practices, content amplification, and creator storytelling.Social Channel Strategy & Content Flow:Own platform strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channelsPartner with the Marketing Lead and Creative/Content teams to ensure a steady pipeline of brand aligned contentBalance planned content with timely, reactive moments tied to product launches, artists, and cultural trendsDTC & Social Commerce Support:Collaborate with DTC/eCommerce partners to support campaigns that connect social and influencer activity to commercial goalsSupport social commerce initiatives such as product tagging, affiliate links, and launch driven contentContribute to integrated go to market plans for key product launchesPerformance, Reporting & Insights:Analyze social and influencer performance and translate results into actionable insightsPrepare clear, concise performance summaries and recommendations for the Director of Product Planning & MarketingUse data to refine strategies, optimize content mix, and inform future campaignsCommunity & Cultural Engagement:Foster meaningful two way engagement with musicians, creators, and fans across platformsHelp ensure brand voices remain authentic, informed, and culturally relevantREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:4–6 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing for a consumer, lifestyle, or premium brandExperience managing social channels and influencer/creator partnershipsPrior people management experience (or strong readiness to lead and develop others)Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, and community dynamicsComfortable owning programs end to end while collaborating cross functionallyExperience analyzing performance and presenting insightsFamiliarity with social and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, GA4)Passion for music or musical instruments strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
