bb.q Chicken Huntsville is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House Team Members to provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming dining experience. Team members are cross-trained and may rotate between the front counter, drink preparation, dining room, food running, and other guest service duties.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
- Restock cups, tea, toppings, supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
- Follow company standards for food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, restaurant, café, or bubble tea experience is preferred but not required.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
