Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Server role located in Nashville, TN. The Server will be responsible for providing excellent table service, taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering meals to customers, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take accurate orders and provide attentive table service
- Experience handling cash, card payments, and using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not required
