Job Title: Sr. Product Manager

Description & Requirements:

This position is fully Remote & Required Collaboration Hours: 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Mountain Time

About the Role

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for a growing B2B SaaS organization.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced product leader who thrives in a startup or small-company environment and wants meaningful ownership rather than layers of process and infrastructure.

The Senior Product Manager will own outcomes for a meaningful portion of the product, focusing not simply on shipping features but on solving problems that create measurable value for both customers and the business. The role requires someone capable of independently navigating ambiguity, understanding customer problems, determining where the organization should invest product resources, and partnering closely with design and engineering from discovery through launch and measurement.

The organization is looking for someone who can ramp quickly, operate independently, and make sound product decisions without requiring significant oversight.

What You'll Do

  • Own product outcomes from initial discovery through launch, QA, measurement, and iteration.
  • Identify the underlying customer problem rather than simply responding to feature requests.
  • Develop a clear business case for product investments, including the problem being solved, expected customer outcome, business impact, and rationale for prioritization.
  • Partner closely with design and engineering throughout discovery and development rather than handing requirements off between teams.
  • Stay close to customers and customer-facing teams to understand real-world needs, pain points, and business impact.
  • Evaluate product opportunities based on both customer desirability and business viability.
  • Define meaningful success metrics that measure customer outcomes and business impact—not simply adoption or usage.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product priorities and decisions.
  • Make informed product bets that anticipate where the business needs to go, including opportunities that may not originate from existing customer requests.
  • Own product stories and remain actively engaged through development and QA.
  • Communicate the "why" behind product decisions to engineering, design, customers, and customer-facing teams.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure teams understand product strategy and can communicate its value effectively.
  • Protect product focus by using evidence and business impact to prioritize competing requests.
  • Lead through influence and collaboration rather than formal authority.
  • Operate effectively when you are the primary product voice in the room and confidently make decisions when appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong, demonstrated product management experience, ideally at the Senior Product Manager level or above.
  • Proven success owning meaningful portions of a B2B SaaS product.
  • Experience working within a startup, growth-stage, or smaller technology organization where product managers operate with significant autonomy.
  • Ability to independently own a product area and make sound decisions without relying on extensive organizational infrastructure.
  • Strong customer-discovery skills with the ability to distinguish the customer's underlying problem from the feature they initially request.
  • Experience partnering directly with engineering and design throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, development, launch, QA, and measurement.
  • Ability to connect product decisions to customer value and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach to product management.
  • Ability to prioritize competing customer needs and protect team focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and present a persuasive case for product decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and wearing multiple hats.
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong learning agility, and the ability to quickly understand new customers, technologies, and business problems.
  • Professional, polished communication style and the ability to effectively represent Product with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible for full-time employment in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within B2B SaaS.
  • the company technology, the company management, or related industry experience is a plus, but is not required. The original role explicitly states that the company management/the company technology experience is not required.
  • Experience working in an early-stage or growth-stage startup environment.
  • Experience working as the primary or sole product manager for a product area.
  • Track record of quickly learning unfamiliar markets, customer workflows, or technologies.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

You will likely thrive here if you prefer ownership over structure. You are comfortable entering situations where the answer has not already been defined, talking directly with customers, determining what problem actually deserves to be solved, and working alongside engineering and design to solve it.

You care more about whether a product decision created meaningful customer and business value than whether a feature simply shipped. You can hold a strong point of view while remaining willing to change course when the evidence says you're wrong—an approach emphasized throughout the original role profile.

This is not intended as a step-up opportunity for a junior Product Manager. The team needs someone with enough experience and judgment to contribute quickly in a lean environment where there is limited infrastructure to lean on.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote within the United States. Candidates may be located anywhere in the country but must be consistently available for team collaboration between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the Director of Product, product design, engineering, and other cross-functional partners.
