Job Description
Participates in the execution of an effective quality assurance project to ensure that the operational components of the program and services meet client requirements and government regulations. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures. Keep management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality control activities and actions being taken to improve the situation. Ensure that deliverables are on time and meet the quality levels expected by internal and external customers and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This group of people will be trained to use a tracking tool called Click Up which is user friendly.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word features including document merging and comparison tools
- 1 year of previous experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance projects
- Ability to review high volume of documentation and files daily.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Also capable of coordinating activities as work product arrival rates vary from both the clients and the vendor.
- Experience in role that demands basic computer skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working across multiple off the shelf applications as well as in proprietary systems is highly desirable
- Excel expertise includes advanced functions such as CONCATENATE, VLOOKUP, custom formula creation, and efficient navigation across multiple spreadsheets within a single workbook
- Experience in the Healthcare/PBM industry
