KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a QC Document Reviewer in San Diego, CA for a 3 month contract. Our program involves annual implementation of member letters for our clients. We ensure high quality by performing QC of the full inventory of letters in English as well as a simple review of foreign language documents (no language abilities are needed – the requirement is to ensure language is consistent throughout each letter). Working with Program Managers, this document reviewer will be provided with work instructions on how to QC the member letters, will write up when defects are found, and will validate when fixes are made.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.· Review approximately 6500 templates for GPS member materials created in the Clarity system· Approximate 40 clients delegate printed member materials· Documents include: Transition of Care, Provider Transition of Care, Excluded Provider, Precluded Provider, Member Explanation of Benefits, Future Formulary Changes· Ensure languages consistency: English, Large Font English, plus any additional foreign languages. Clarity currently translates templates into 18 different foreign languages, with utilization depending on plan demographics.· New work on MPPP program creates approximately 750 new templates for review, adding to original workload· Quality review looking for:o All the correct plan information is represented (e.g. CalOptima letter doesn't have a Community Health Group website)o Punctuation is correct (e.g. no missing or double periods at the end of sentences)o Spacing is correct (e.g. check page breaks, row and table breaks, no long spaces between paragraphs)o All the components of the document are for the correct letter type (e.g. the Excluded Provider letter doesn't include a paragraph that belongs in Transition of Care letters)o All the letters that should be present, are present (e.g. if a plan adds new PBP's, or new languages, that the new templates are present in the system)o Foreign language letters appear to contain text all in the same font (e.g. there's no paragraphs that are still in English, or there's no Spanish injected into a Korean letter, or raw Unicode tags)o Large Font templates fully render in large font· Other 2026 Readiness supporto Working with PMs on test datao Proofing the CMS maintenance screens and service area datao Assisting in segments of the build and proofing of the Client Profileo Greater involvement with change requests including review and readying the client pdfs for submission to Clarity o Validating automation schemes for foreign language output (e.g. language requirements tracking data, test data management) Education and/or ExperienceGED/HS Diploma and 1 year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Compensation depends on experience but is typically $22-28/hr.
