KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Case Coordinator that is fully remote. Case Coordinator leads and manage the referral process from start to finish. Excellent communication and teamwork is key in the success of this role. The Case Coordinator is committed to lifelong learning, professional development, and embodiment of AccessHope's organizational mission and values.Essential Functions: The following framework illustrates essential functions which are required for the success of the role. Act as the primary liaison between company and Foundational Partner physicians to ensure member cases are reviewed, documented, and delivered to partner physicians within the contractual turnaround timeContinuously ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with standard operating proceduresVerify member eligibility for participation in the Cancer Support ProgramDemonstrate interpersonal and communication skills that result in the effective exchange of information and collaboration with teammates, physicians, internal and external partnersProvide support and compassion to other team members and management on a regular basis to ensure continuum of care and customer experience is world-classAnswer incoming calls and web inquiries from members, client and partner contactsFollows established company and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, including adherence to the workplace Code of Conduct and Compliance Plan. Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentialitySkills/Abilities:Ability to establish and maintain positive customer relations with members, advocates, and healthcare providersActive listening skills and ability to proactively solve problems using established program proceduresStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate detailed program information in a concise mannerAbility to multi-task. Ability to learn quickly, retain new program information, and apply knowledge to enhance quality of call interactions and overall skillsSoftware/Apps: Microsoft (MS) Office365, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT), MS TEAMs, PeopleSoft, Slack, Zoom, Position Qualifications:Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or related field. Equivalent experience may substitute for degree.Minimum Experience: 3 years' customer service experience in a healthcare setting. Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpmCompensation depends on experience but is typically $26 - 30/hr.
