Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos to educate and excite customers
- Assist customers with automotive sales transactions
- Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure lot is organized and appealing
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, including math, customer service and stock management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills for merchandising, stocking, and inventory management
