We are a fast-growing fire life-safety company with a motivated, team-oriented office environment. We are seeking a strong Operations Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a high-volume service setting.
This role is critical to the daily success of our operations. You will manage scheduling, work orders, purchase orders, and internal coordination between technicians, vendors, and customers. If you enjoy problem-solving, keeping things moving, and taking ownership, this role has real growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily technician schedules and optimize routes for efficiency
- Create and process work orders and purchase orders
- Coordinate with vendors for material ordering, deliveries, and pickups
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships
- Ensure work orders are completed and properly closed out
- Support department goals through scheduling, follow-up, and organization
- Assist with customer retention through clear communication and responsiveness
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in service, construction, or operations coordination
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
