What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sod Farm Laborer position at Korby Sod LLC?
Cultivating, planting, cutting, mowing, watering, fertilizing and harvesting sod, operating tractors and sod farm equipment; general clean up and maintenance of equipment and delivery of products.
Employer will abide by all of Colorado's agricultural laws to include Senate Bill 21-087 ("SB87") and the Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order (COMPS order) #38.
Effective 1/1/25, overtime must be paid after 48 hours worked per week, or 56 hours worked per week for up to 22 “peak weeks” for highly seasonal employers.
