Responsibilities
- Grow the agency using consultative selling techniques to help new customers protect what matters most
- Proactively cross-sell and coordinate with team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers
- Prospect for new business through leads, calls, networking events, trade shows, and personal contacts (including COI, social media, B2B/B2C networks, and sales lead groups)
- Prepare quotations and applications, delivering effective presentations to close sales
- Proven sales experience with a track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
