Koppy’s Propane is currently seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. Do you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and the satisfaction of resolving customer requests? Join our growing team in a customer focused position which includes answering incoming calls from customers, handling in person transactions, as well as office administration work. Enjoy your summers off, with the seasonal aspect of this position. However, there may be potential to move to a full-time year-round position.
Primary Job Duties:
o Professionally handle incoming phone calls and ensure customer requests are resolved accurately and promptly.
o Create customer delivery requests and schedule service requests.
o Educate potential and current customers on our delivery, service and appliance offerings.
o Work with delivery drivers to ensure all tickets are accurately captured in system.
o Assist walk in customers in paying bills and requesting services.
o Scan customer documents to software system.
o Other general office and administration duties as needed.
Qualifications Include:
o Friendly and professional demeanor
o High school diploma
o Prior customer service experience
o Ability to work in fast-paced environment
o Ability to multi-task
o Reliable and strong work ethic
