As the business expands across ecommerce, retail, and distribution channels, Mayora USA is seeking a Fractional Director of Supply Chain to help structure and manage our supply chain operations.
Role OverviewThe Fractional Director of Supply Chain will oversee supply chain planning, forecasting, and operational logistics for Mayora USA’s growing product portfolio. This role will coordinate with the Mayora Indonesia purchasing team, U.S. 3PL partners, and internal leadership to ensure product availability across ecommerce and retail channels while managing the complexities of shelf life and inventory planning.
This is an ideal role for an experienced supply chain professional who wants to contribute strategically in a high-impact, part-time advisory capacity.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Planning & Forecasting· Develop and maintain demand forecasts across ecommerce, retail, and distribution channels
· Align inventory planning with product shelf life and time-sensitive sales cycles
· Coordinate purchasing plans with the Mayora Indonesia production and export teams
· Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and sales channels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
Order Processing & Fulfillment Oversight· Oversee order flow and fulfillment operations through the company’s 3PL partner
· Ensure accurate processing of orders for Amazon FBA, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, retail distributors, and direct retail shipments
· Monitor inbound shipments from international suppliers and coordinate receiving processes with the company 3PL
Channel Logistics Management· Manage inventory allocation between channels including Amazon SellerCentral (FBA), Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, retail distribution partners, and direct-to-retailer shipments
· Support operational requirements for marketplace compliance and retailer fulfillment standards
Operational Optimization· Identify supply chain improvements in forecasting accuracy, inventory turnover, and logistics efficiency
· Implement best practices for managing products with expiration dates or limited selling windows
· Establish reporting dashboards and KPIs for supply chain visibility
Cross-Functional Coordination· Serve as the primary liaison between Mayora USA leadership, Mayora Indonesia purchasing/production teams, U.S. 3PL partners, and sales teams / partners.
QualificationsRequired· 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within CPG
· Strong experience with forecasting, inventory planning, and demand management
· Experience managing logistics with 3PL partners
· Hands-on knowledge of Amazon SellerCentral (FBA) operations, Walmart.com
· Experience supporting retail distribution and direct retailer shipping
· Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills
Preferred· Experience with TikTok Shop logistics or social commerce fulfillment
· Experience with international / import logistics
· Experience supporting emerging or high-growth consumer brands
Engagement Structure· Initial onboarding period: more intensive involvement to review systems, partners, and processes
· Ongoing commitment: estimated at 3–5 hours per week
