8040 E Southport Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46259 (Franklin Township – opening Summer 2026)
Important: This is a leadership-track role. Training will take place at our Greenwood location, with permanent placement at our Franklin Township site upon completion.

What You’ll Do
- Run the wash like a pro: operate equipment, pre-scrub as needed, and ensure every car leaves looking great.
- Deliver standout service: greet guests, explain services, and recommend upgrades that genuinely help.
- Handle transactions accurately: cash/credit/checks, drawer counts, and commission-focused sales habits.
- Own cleanliness & uptime: keep vacuums flowing, empty trash, keep the lot sharp, and help with routine maintenance.
- Protect quality & safety: inspect vehicles before entry and follow procedures every time.
- Lead by example: show urgency, coach teammates, communicate clearly, and keep the team moving.
Schedule at a Glance
- Full-time: 5 days/week (weekends included)
- Shifts rotate between:
- 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Open availability is required for the MIT track.
You’ll Excel Here If You…
- Bring a positive, professional, guest-first attitude—every shift.
- Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather and can lift up to 40 lbs.
- Can multi-task, follow instructions, and keep quality high at a fast pace.
- Have basic math and computer skills.
- Have a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone.
- Are flexible on location and excited to go where the opportunity is.
