Expect to: Research complex legal issues and prepare detailed memos that help shape court decisions. Draft and edit legal opinions, orders, and judgments with precision and purpose. Advise District Judges on legal strategy and interpretation across civil and criminal matters. Attend court proceedings, take detailed notes, and support the Judge through pre-trial conferences, motion hearings, and trials. Review and analyze evidence and court records to provide succinct legal insight. Collaborate with attorneys and public agencies to manage court scheduling and procedural flow. Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, with a current good standing. Strong command of legal research techniques (Westlaw proficiency preferred).
