- Assist in project planning, including scope review, schedule development, and subcontractor selection.
- Help manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring contract compliance, scope alignment, and proper documentation.
- Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation, ensuring timely responses and approvals.
- Support change management, including logging and tracking change orders, gathering backup documentation, and assisting in negotiations.
- Assist in tracking project schedules and coordinating updates with the field team.
- Monitor procurement and delivery schedules to prevent project delays.
- Participate in jobsite meetings, take meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Support financial tracking by assisting with cost reporting, invoice approvals, and budget reconciliation.
- Help ensure safety compliance by supporting site audits and tracking necessary documentation.
- Assist in project closeout by ensuring all warranties, as-builts, and final documentation are completed.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of construction experience, including time as a Project Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of contract documents, project schedules, and financial tracking.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate project challenges and assist in proactive solutions.
