We're looking for an experienced Commercial Carpenter with experience working on commercial interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Layout and installation of metal stud framing (interior/exterior walls, soffits, ceilings)
- Hang, tape, and finish drywall.
- Install acoustic ceiling systems (T-bar/grid ceilings and specialty ceilings)
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and field instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Coordinate with site superintendent and other trades as needed
- Perform punch list and repair work with minimal supervision
- 3 years of verifiable commercial construction experience
- High proficiency in metal framing, drywall hanging and finishing, and ACT installation
- Strong understanding of commercial jobsite expectations (schedule, safety, professionalism)
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts
- OSHA 10 (preferred) or willingness to obtain
