About the Role
At Koopman Lumber, our Yard Customer Service Representatives play a key role in keeping yard operations organized, efficient, and customer-focused. This is a full-time, hands-on position responsible for assisting customers, loading materials, processing returns, and supporting daily yard operations with accuracy and professionalism.
This role works outdoors year-round and collaborates closely with both customers and internal teams. If you enjoy physical work, problem-solving, and delivering a positive customer experience, this is a strong opportunity to grow with a long-standing, family-owned company.
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, with or without assistance.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and yard equipment.
