Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Check-In Agent to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first friendly face our guests meet as they arrive for their boat tour. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming check-in experience while providing exceptional customer service and support.
As a Check-In Agent, you’ll set up and manage a pop-up retail check-in location, assist guests with the boarding process, and have the opportunity to upsell merchandise and tour add-on's, earning commission along the way. If you’re outgoing, organized, and love working with people in a fun, ocean-front environment, this role is a great fit.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information accurately
- Upsell products or services to customers as needed
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times
Skills:
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Prior experience in outbound calling or sales is beneficial
