Koola Logistics is a family owned Freight Brokerage based in Carmel, IN. We are looking to add a new Logistics Executive. Current Owner and Sales Reps are top 1% in the industry and are looking to bring in someone to mentor and teach the business.

We will teach you the business and give you the opportunity to make real $$$. Always have a salary! Earn commission over flow!

We are committed to your success and have the training and experience to teach you the business in order to earn 6 Figures. We offer a Guaranteed Base Salary Commission.

OPERATIONS TRAINING with a Transition to Sales

Advantages of a Small Freight Brokerage:

-1 on 1 training and mentorship with the owner and top 1 % sales rep in the industry. We are looking for 1 person, not a class of 50. We will teach you the business to have a long career in the logistics industry

-Client/Prospect availability: Wide open to pursue any customers you choose. There is not internal competition for customer/prospects.

Timeline: (Timeline can Vary Based on Current Experience level.)

DAY 1-185: Operations/ Sales Training

Operations Daily Task:

· Match Trucking Companies on Available Loads

· Dispatch and Track Drivers From Pick-up Until Delivery

· Collect Proof Of Delivery paperwork

· Update Customers on Current Status

Day 160: Begin Sales Training W Steve In Afternoons Daily in addition to Ops Responsibilities

· Sales Training: Lead Generation, Script Building, Role Playing.

· Operations will always come first in this phase. When the boards are covered you can begin to build your book of business in the afternoons. Some days there may not be an opportunity to pursue this before 1700.

· If you can show us that you are capable of earning revenue and operating independently as this point we will hire your replacement and expedite you going out on your own.

Day 185:
Sales Daily Task

· Disconnected From KOOLA Operations

· Generate leads with Full Truckload freight

· Call Leads and Begin Building a book of Business.

What we are looking for:

High Energy, Outgoing: Sales is a grind, you must show up with a smile everyday and be ready to crush it!

Money Motivated: We are looking for someone who wants to make life changing money. The opportunity is real and reoccurring. 6 Figures or bust, this is not a 50k-60k a year job, you put in the effort you will make multiple 100's per year.

Leadership Qualities: We are a growing company. We are looking for future leaders that can grow with us.

Salary: $45,000.00 per Year Commission Earning Potential
