What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Designer and Permit Procurement position at Kool View Co. Inc.?
We need a Project Designer to draft construction drawings and permit/zoning applications for our Sunroom and Porch products.
- Applicants must be capable of using design software, preferably Home Designer Pro or Chief Architect.
- Job site visits may be necessary on some projects to verify lot lines or building measurements.
- Ability to calculate live loads for beam and joist specifications are a plus.
- 3D design and animation capabilities are a plus.
- This is a work from home opportunity 20-30 hours per week. Work as an employee or sub-contractor. Pay by hour or by project your choice.
- Milage paid for job site inspections.
- Employment includes dental insurance, health insurance stipend, and holiday pay.
- Project pricing negotiable.
Pay: $ $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
