Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background with experience in HVAC systems, refrigeration, and heat pumps,. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, heat pumps and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge to identify problems accurately.
- Execute field service tasks including installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/R systems.
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding HVAC systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar field service role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, an.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Experience in appliance repair or property maintenance is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license required; must be able to operate company vehicles safely.
