The Production Prep Operator will be responsible for cutting, trimming and end forming of parts, operating machinery and equipment and ensuring quality standards are met. A successful candidate in this role will help create a workplace that is safe, clean, environmentally friendly, employee friendly, highly productive, efficient and of sufficient capacity to support the forecasted demand.

- Measuring, marking and trimming parts per work instruction/fixture
- Operating and managing machinery and heavy equipment
- Cutting Tubing using bandsaws
- Following instructions from supervisors and implementing plans
- Maintaining all safety standards
- Ensuring that the work area is clean, safe, organized, and well maintained
- Other duties as necessary
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience with measuring, cutting and forming tubing or similar role
- Experience with PROTO-1 machinery (deburring), expansion and reduction machinery, SOCO facing machine, and drill press is a plus
- May require lifting, pulling, and carrying up to fifty (50) pounds
- Frequent bending, climbing, pulling, pushing, and reaching overhead
- Standing for extended periods of time, up to 9 hours per day
- Ability to work independently under general supervision; reports to supervisor
- Detail oriented with large emphasis on quality
