Kooks is looking for a part-time bouncer to help us manage the fun while keeping things safe and smooth. We’re a busy, high-energy beach bar, and we need someone who can keep a level head and handle the crowd with confidence and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone calm, cool, and collected—even when things get rowdy
- Experience in security, bouncer, or crowd control roles is a plus
- Ability to de-escalate situations without overreacting
- Willingness to work closely with bartenders and management to support the team
- Must be reliable, respectful, and able to hold boundaries firmly but fairly
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitoring the entrance and ID’ing guests
- Keeping an eye on the crowd and stepping in when needed
- Supporting staff and stepping up when situations arise
- Helping maintain a safe, fun, and respectful atmosphere
