What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Clerk - PT position at Kooima Company, LLC?
JOB FUNCTION: Assist with entering, updating and maintaining accurate information in company systems. This role supports daily production operations by ensuring data is organized and up to date.
This is a part-time position working 20-25 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Enter and update data into company system including material test reports, BOLs, job inspection forms, etc. ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Digitizing paper records from above listed items.
- Communicating between production and office staff to ensure part set up and quality by preparing jobs/prints for each individual laser. Averaging around 60 jobs per day.
- PO entries of spare parts/job shop requirements.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: May be assigned to any related projects deemed necessary by management.
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The individual should also meet the following qualifications.
- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Organizational Skills: Extremely organized and have high attention to detail.
- Language and Reasoning Ability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Skills: High degree of general computer knowledge and skills; proficient in data entry skills.
- Other: Ability to work independently.
- Work Environment: This work may involve some stooping and bending. The applicant must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
