Responsibilities
Anticipated job duties include:
· Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
· Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
· Receive, move, and organize materials and finished products
· Prepare and package items for shipment
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment
· Other duties as necessary — flexibility is key in a small company
As Kooima Ag is a growing company of approximately 45 employees, job duties may be variable. Team members must be able to operate independently, think proactively, and adapt to changing production needs.

· Production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
