Position Summary
Kooima Ag is looking for a motivated individual to fill a unique dual role in our growing company. This team member will amplify the effectiveness of Kooima Ag's executive team by providing administrative support, while also being responsible for all aspects of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including but not limited to travel arrangements, email and calendar management, meeting coordination, and information gathering and summarization.
- Manage Human Resources functions, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, hiring and onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and training coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience
Compensation
$19–$25 per hour, plus generous bonuses
