About the Role
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and management of Littlefork Care Center, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and financial stewardship.
This position leads a dedicated management team that includes:
- Director of Nursing
- Human Resources Director
- Activity Director/Social Services Designee
- Dietary Manager
- Environmental Services Supervisor
Together, this team supports approximately 60–70 employees who are committed to enriching the lives of the residents we serve.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day facility operations and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care and positive resident outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing leadership team and workforce.
- Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and operational challenges.
- Implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that strengthen organizational performance.
