Role Overview:
As a Client Success Associate (CSA) at Konvergent Wealth Management, you will play a mission-critical role supporting our advisory team and ensuring a world-class experience for our high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This is an onsite, full-time W2 position based in Gig Harbor, WA, or within a reasonable commuting distance in the Seattle metro area.
You will be the operational backbone of our advisory team—executing flawlessly, coordinating client deliverables, maintaining impeccable accuracy, and serving clients with professionalism, warmth, and urgency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and wants to grow within one of the most advanced and rapidly scaling independent advisory firms in the country.

Core Responsibilities:
In this business-critical role, you will:
- Deliver white-glove service to HNW and UHNW clients with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Serve as the first line of response for client inquiries across email and phone.
- Support advisors in preparing for meetings, including documentation, scheduling, and materials assembly.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects Konvergent’s world-class service standards.
- Partner closely with advisors to ensure workflows, tasks, and follow-ups are executed flawlessly.
- Prepare, process, and track all custodial paperwork (new accounts, asset movement, money requests, transfers, etc.).
- Coordinate operational and planning deliverables across the Engagement, Planning, and Client Success teams.
- Manage critical workflows inside Salesforce and Asana, ensuring no clients or tasks fall through the cracks.
- Resolve custodian issues proactively and escalate when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Have 2–5 years of experience in a wealth management office or RIA environment.
- Have strong working knowledge of Fidelity and/or Schwab custodial operations.
- Are extremely organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Are process-driven and operate with high personal standards and ownership.
- Can work effectively with HNW/UHNW clients and understand the discretion required.
- Are comfortable using CRM/workflow tools (Salesforce and Asana experience is a plus).
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Must live in or be willing to commute daily to Gig Harbor, WA or the greater Seattle metro area.
- Willing to take on whatever is needed to support clients and advisors.

- Reports to: President/COO
- Functional Area: Client Success / Operations
- Collaboration: Works closely with Advisors, and the Engagement Team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 DOE
- Performance Bonus: Significant potential for performance-based compensation
