Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fitness Coach role located in Cleveland, OH. The Fitness Coach will design and implement fitness programs tailored to individual and group needs, conduct fitness training sessions, and provide nutritional guidance to align with clients' wellness goals. Daily responsibilities include leading group exercise classes, monitoring client progress, promoting safe practices, and maintaining a positive, motivational environment. Collaboration with clients to achieve their fitness milestones and manage their overall fitness journeys will be a key aspect of the role.

KonnectU Recruiting is urgently hiring 3–5 dynamic Fitness Coaches for a rapidly growing brand with 10 locations across the Cleveland area. We are looking for energetic leaders who are ready to transform lives and build a community.
Performance-Based Pay
Starting Rate: $20–$50 per class (based on attendance).
Elite Coach Rate: $25–$75 per class (after 90-day evaluation).
Growth: Your income increases as you inspire more members.
