Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists
- Collaborate with clients, guardians, and treatment teams to establish and meet clinical goals
- Provide parent consultations and direct supervision
- Provide in-the-moment, and on-going, modeling and training for therapists in ABA techniques
- Monitor and support program implementation in clinic and/or field settings
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Determine and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client data, progress notes, and reports
- Train and support families on behavior intervention strategies and techniques
- Maintain a minimum of 120 billable hours per month
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write comprehensive reports
- Prepare and present progress reports
- Inspire, guide, and mentor clinical team members
- Report directly to the Clinical Director
- BCBA® Certification preferred (or currently pursuing certification)
- M.A./M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Strong foundation in ABA principles and experience designing treatment programs for children of varying skill levels
- Proven leadership and staff management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
Physical Demands
- Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).
- Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
- Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
- Flexible options: Full-Time Salary, Hourly Contract, or Per-Diem
- Competitive Pay based on experience and certification. Starting from $35.00 an hour, depending on experience, education and certification.
- Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of client work (amount varies by experience, hours & qualifications)
