We pride ourselves on promoting from within, and we’re looking for someone who excels at helping others to reach their full potential.This role requires excellent communication, organization, report writing, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.Job Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapistsCollaborate with clients, guardians, and treatment teams to establish and meet clinical goalsProvide parent consultations and direct supervisionProvide in-the-moment, and on-going, modeling and training for therapists in ABA techniquesMonitor and support program implementation in clinic and/or field settingsConduct initial and ongoing assessments; develop and maintain individualized treatment plansDetermine and implement effective behavioral intervention strategiesEnsure accurate and timely documentation of client data, progress notes, and reportsTrain and support families on behavior intervention strategies and techniquesMaintain a minimum of 120 billable hours per monthConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write comprehensive reportsPrepare and present progress reportsInspire, guide, and mentor clinical team membersReport directly to the Clinical DirectorQualifications:BCBA® Certification preferred (or currently pursuing certification)M.A./M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldStrong foundation in ABA principles and experience designing treatment programs for children of varying skill levelsProven leadership and staff management skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong administrative and organizational abilitiesBilingual candidates are a plusPhysical DemandsMust have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)Compensation & Perks:Flexible options: Full-Time Salary, Hourly Contract, or Per-DiemCompetitive Pay based on experience and certification.
