We are seeking a Scrum Master with proven experience in the healthcare industry to facilitate agile practices and drive delivery excellence across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies with an understanding of healthcare processes, compliance, and patient-centric solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in healthcare or life sciences projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, interoperability standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred
