Job Title: Lamination Operator
Location: Anaheim, CA | Onsite
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The Lamination Operator supports production operations by preparing, assembling, and processing panel materials through lamination and press operations. This role is responsible for reviewing production documentation, verifying material availability, preparing lay-up materials, identifying panels according to work orders, and loading and unloading press books using the appropriate production specifications. The position also supports quality and workflow efficiency by maintaining organized work areas, monitoring production requirements, and assisting with related production tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lay-up and pressing operations for rigid panels
- Inspect and help ensure the quality of finished panels
- Support additional department or company-related tasks as directed by the department Supervisor
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the printed circuit board industry
- Ability to communicate with managers and supervisors
- Strong concentration skills with the ability to remain focused with minor interruptions
- Ability to stand for the entire shift as required by the position
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Additional Information:
- This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). U.S. person status or eligibility to obtain required export authorizations is required.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
