Your Mission
As the Restaurant Manager, you are the "Chief Hospitality Officer." You will oversee daily operations, ensure our legendary fried chicken is served hot and fresh, and lead a team that treats every guest like a neighbor.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of shift leads and crew members.
Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
Inventory & Profitability: Manage labor costs, food waste, and inventory levels to ensure the location hits its financial goals.
Guest Experience: Solve problems on the fly and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with their meal
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: At least 2 years of management experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail food service.
Leadership Style: A "lead-by-example" attitude. You aren't afraid to jump on the line or help at the register during a rush.
Skills: Strong understanding of P&L statements, food safety regulations (ServSafe certification is a plus), and scheduling.
Vibe: Professional, upbeat, and able to handle the unique pace of a restaurant-within-a-market setting.
