Construction Project Manager – Development Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and execution support across multiple design-build projects, including hotels, multi-family, and healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with Development and Construction teams to align project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with design intent.
- Assist in developing basis of design, target values, and cost estimates for new projects.
- Facilitate coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners during the design and preconstruction phases.
- Participate in design reviews, site visits, and milestone meetings as needed.
- Support project closeout activities and lessons-learned initiatives.
- 5 years of experience as a construction project manager or in a similar role with hands-on design-build exposure.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and scheduling practices.
- Experience with hospitality, multi-family, healthcare, or institutional construction projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; knowledge of Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with a team.
