We are seeking a Director of Product to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for Konica Minolta’s healthcare software portfolio, including PACS, RIS, AI solution integration, and reporting platforms. This leader will drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, clinical applications, commercial, and service teams to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer needs and support our long-term technology roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall product and technology partnership strategy and roadmap for the healthcare software portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Partner closely with engineering, clinical applications, commercial, and service teams to align product goals with business priorities and customer needs.
- Engage directly with customers and key opinion leaders to gather insights, identify opportunities, and shape product direction.
- Champion security, regulatory compliance, and quality as core pillars of the product lifecycle.
- Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships in AI, analytics, and interoperability to enhance clinical workflows and deliver differentiated value.
- Define success metrics, guide go-to-market strategies, and ensure alignment with Konica Minolta’s overall business objectives.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in product management, including at least 5 years in healthcare software or imaging solutions.
- Proven track record of leading product teams and bringing enterprise-grade software products to market.
- Strong understanding of medical imaging workflows, RIS/PACS systems, and AI-driven healthcare applications.
- Demonstrated experience working in regulated environments (FDA, HIPAA, cybersecurity standards).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
