We’re Hiring – DR (Digital Radiography) Product Specialist
Location: Houston, TX
Field-based role – candidates should reside in the Houston area
We are seeking an experienced DR Product Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with strong experience servicing digital radiography (DR) equipment and a deep understanding of X-ray systems, troubleshooting, installation, repair, and customer support.
The selected candidate will support installations and service activities both nationally and, on occasion, internationally while partnering closely with field service, sales, applications, and technical support teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of DR systems
• Troubleshooting technical and service-related issues
• Supporting and training field service engineers and customer personnel
• Assisting dealers with installations and escalated service events
• Preparing service reports and documentation
• Providing technical expertise and customer support
• Collaborating with Training, R&D, and Compliance teams
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or technical education preferred
• 5–7 years of experience with X-ray installation and/or repair
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics
• Ability to travel domestically up to 75%
