Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Eight (8) years’ experience as a supervisor or team or project lead, and two (2) years’ experience working in the DoW.
- Eight (8) years’ experience developing, implementing, and managing strategic planning that supports leadership priorities.
- Eight (8) years’ experience conducting research, wargaming, and analysis to provide pre-decisional advice and policy recommendations.
- Eight (8) years’ experience identifying, prioritizing, and leading high-interest projects across cross-functional
- teams.
- Eight (8) years’ experience serving as a key advisor to senior leadership and decision-makers.
- Eight (8) years demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with eight (8) or more years of experience or a master’s degree from an accredited college or university with six (6) or more years of experience.
- Command and General Staff College (or equivalent) education may be substituted for degree requirements.
- Multi-disciplinary intelligence experience (broad understanding of the entire intelligence ecosystem) and counterintelligence experience desired.
- Senior Service School in residence a plus
- TS/SCI (SAP eligible)
