- ServiceNow Platform Excellence: Develop and maintain high-quality ServiceNow applications that meet consumers' needs and enable mission outcomes
- Artificial Intelligence Integration: Lead AI/ML initiatives to enhance enterprise platforms, automate processes, and improve user experience across DOE systems
- Salesforce Development & Integration: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions and related technologies to support mission-critical business processes

Technical Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- ServiceNow Mastery: 5 years of ServiceNow development experience with proven enterprise-scale implementations
- AI/ML Proficiency: 3 years implementing AI solutions, machine learning models, or intelligent automation in enterprise environments
- Salesforce Development: 3 years of Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning, Flow Builder, and integration experience
- Programming & Integration: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, REST/SOAP APIs, and multi-platform integration architectures
- Project Leadership: 5 years leading cross-functional technology projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Agile/Hybrid Methodologies: Certified in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management frameworks
- Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing executive-level stakeholders and technical teams simultaneously
- Federal Compliance: Experience with federal requirements, cybersecurity frameworks, and government IT governance
